The challenge
Solihull Barbers faced increasing costs from its existing provider and a change of terms that would add a charge for each customer appointment. The business needed a more sustainable alternative without losing the booking and management tools used every day.
The solution
Trivanta delivered a joined-up platform combining customer online booking, the staff diary, EPOS and quick sales, payment recording, receipts, customer management and operational reporting in one system. A dedicated counter experience supports day-to-day use in the shop, while customers can book and manage appointments online.
