Delivery, Cancellations & Returns

Before you order
The product or service description, total price including applicable taxes, delivery charge, expected delivery arrangement and any minimum contract term will be shown or confirmed before Trivanta accepts your order. Consultation-led installations and configured systems are supplied against an agreed quotation or service agreement.
Delivery
Unless a different period is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days after the contract is made. Contact us promptly if an order is delayed, damaged or incomplete.
Consumer cancellation rights
Where UK consumer distance-selling rights apply, you may tell us that you wish to cancel an order for goods within 14 days after receiving them, without giving a reason, and then return them within the following 14 days. Business purchases and bespoke, configured, personalised or unsealed items may be subject to different rules or statutory exceptions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Services
Where a consumer asks us to start a service during a statutory cancellation period, reasonable payment may be due for work supplied before cancellation. The right to cancel may end once a service has been fully performed with the required prior agreement and acknowledgement. Appointment-specific cancellation terms shown at booking or in an accepted quotation also apply.
Faulty goods and refunds
Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality where the law requires. Contact us if goods are faulty. Eligible refunds will include the applicable standard-delivery amount and will be made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. We may reduce a non-fault return refund where handling goes beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop.
