Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the public Trivanta Services website and to enquiries or purchases made through it. Specific products and services may also be subject to separate quotations, order terms, service agreements or third-party provider terms.

Website information
We aim to keep service descriptions, availability and pricing accurate. Website content is general information and does not create a binding offer unless we expressly confirm an order, quotation or service agreement.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not commit you or Trivanta to proceed. Where a service requires assessment, installation, configuration, site attendance or third-party approval, scope and price will be confirmed before work starts.
Payment services and merchant accounts
Card acquiring, merchant accounts and related regulated payment services are supplied by the selected payment provider, not by Trivanta. Applications, acceptance, transaction pricing, settlement, equipment availability and provider service terms are subject to that provider's criteria and contract. Trivanta may introduce, arrange, install or support an appropriate payment and POS solution but does not guarantee acceptance or a particular saving.
POS, EPOS, hardware and technology
Hardware, software, licences, installations and support may have separate minimum terms, warranty conditions, licence terms or manufacturer/provider conditions. We will identify material commercial terms before an order is accepted.
Public Store
Products shown in the Store are available only where marked as published and available. Prices, VAT treatment, delivery charges and product specifications shown at checkout form part of the order information. We may cancel and refund an order where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced or cannot reasonably be supplied.
PAT testing and compliance services
PAT estimates are based on the information supplied and the active Trivanta pricing configuration. Final scope or charges can change where the actual number or type of items, access requirements, specialist equipment, travel or service window differs from the information provided. PAT testing supports an organisation's electrical-safety arrangements but does not replace the organisation's wider legal duties.
Business finance introductions
AnMar Pharmaceutical and Food Services Ltd, trading as Trivanta, acts as an introducer working through Ideal4Finance. Trivanta is not a lender. Finance is subject to suitability, provider criteria, assessment and approval.
Third-party services
Some Trivanta solutions use third-party platforms, payment providers, finance providers, manufacturers, hosting services or software. Their own terms, privacy notices and service availability may apply in addition to ours.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Trivanta is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public website or from third-party systems outside our reasonable control. Any service-specific liability terms agreed in writing take priority over this general website wording.
Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Necessary authentication and security technologies may be used to operate Trivanta Hub and protect the website.
Changes and governing law
We may update these website terms when our services or legal requirements change. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
