Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Trivanta Services handles personal information collected through our public website, enquiries and customer Hub.
Who we are
AnMar Pharmaceutical and Food Services Ltd, trading as Trivanta, is the controller for personal information collected through the Trivanta Services public website and Trivanta Hub unless another organisation is identified for a specific service. The company is registered in England and Wales under number 16345021. Its registered office is 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, BH16 6FA.
Information we collect
We may collect business and contact details, service requirements, site and equipment information, appointment preferences, support information, order and invoice details, payment-status information, correspondence and account-security information. We do not store full payment-card details when payment is handled by a payment provider.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, provide and support services, manage PAT bookings and records, operate Trivanta Hub, process orders and payments, administer customer accounts, maintain security and prevent misuse, keep financial and service records, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Legal bases
Depending on the purpose, we process information because it is necessary to take steps at your request or perform a contract, because we have legitimate interests in operating and protecting our services and managing customer relationships, because we must comply with legal obligations, or because you have given consent for optional marketing. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Payment and finance providers
Where you apply for or use a third-party payment, merchant-service or finance product, that provider will process information under its own privacy notice and may carry out identity, eligibility, fraud-prevention or regulatory checks. Trivanta does not control a provider’s independent acceptance decision.
Sharing and processors
We share information only where reasonably necessary with Trivanta personnel and service providers involved in hosting, communications, payments, finance introductions, software, fulfilment, professional advice or other services needed to deliver the relevant customer journey. We do not sell personal information.
Security and anti-abuse
We use authentication, access controls, audit records and limited technical request information to protect the website and customer accounts, detect spam and rate-limit misuse. Customer Hub access is restricted according to the customer, role and permitted sites configured for the user.
Cookies and similar storage
The public website currently uses necessary technology required to operate the service and protect it. Trivanta Hub uses necessary authentication and session storage. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, the consent position will be reviewed before they are enabled.
Retention and account deletion
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, to provide ongoing services, resolve disputes and meet accounting, tax, contractual or other legal obligations. Some financial and contractual records may need to be retained for several years after the relationship ends. An individual Hub user can delete their login and customer-membership access from the Delete Account page. The right to erasure is not absolute; where information must be retained, we restrict it or remove personal identifiers where appropriate.
Your rights
UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, object to certain processing, request portability and withdraw consent. These rights depend on the circumstances and may be limited where we must keep information for legal reasons. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
